Platform Rules
LPN exists for one purpose: to help buyers find and contact the right specialist. These rules protect that relationship for everyone on the platform.
What the contact form is for
Every approved profile has a contact form. It is the right tool when:
You are a client, agency, LSP, or publisher with a localization or production project
You want to ask about a specialist's availability, rates, or experience
You want to discuss a specific brief or send a test package
What the contact form is not for
Freelancers contacting other members to offer their own services
Looking for work, subcontracting opportunities, or project referrals from LPN members
Promotional or commercial outreach of any kind between peers
Unsolicited introductions ("just saying hello" from another freelancer)
LPN members signed up to be found by buyers — not to receive approaches from peers. Use the form for its intended purpose only.
Who can use the contact form
The form is publicly accessible so buyers do not need an LPN account to reach a specialist. That openness is intentional — a client should never be blocked from making contact.
It also means the rules apply equally to everyone who uses the form, whether they are an LPN member or not.
What happens when the rules are broken
FirstA direct message from LPN explaining what went wrong and asking you to stop.
RepeatProfile suspension. Non-members will be blocked and reported to their email provider if the behavior continues.
Received a message that violates these rules? Forward it to contact@lpn.network with the sender's name and email if visible. We take misuse reports seriously and act on them.
