Terms of Service

LPN is a directory platform; it lists independent freelancers and makes their profiles discoverable. LPN does not facilitate, broker, or mediate contracts between parties, is not an employer or staffing agency, and is not party to any work arrangement made through the platform. Any agreement reached between a freelancer and a client is solely between those parties.

LPN is for individual freelancers. Agency profiles, meaning profiles representing a company, studio, or group of people operating under a single account, are not permitted.

Profiles that are found to represent agencies rather than individual freelancers will be removed without notice.

New profiles are reviewed manually before appearing in the public directory. LPN reserves the right to approve or reject profiles at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Approval is not a guarantee of continued listing. Profiles may be suspended or removed at any time if they are found to violate these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile. By creating a profile, you confirm that all information, including your name, professional background, skills, and experience, is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Profiles that are materially misleading or misrepresent a person's qualifications may be suspended or removed.

LPN reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove profiles that:

• Violate any part of these terms
• Represent an agency or non-individual entity
• Contain false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Are used for spam or abusive behaviour
• Are otherwise inconsistent with the platform's purpose

LPN does not take any commission, referral fee, or other payment from work arranged through the platform. Listing your profile is free. This may change in the future, but any pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile. By creating a profile, you grant LPN a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform and in search results.

LPN is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of profiles listed in the directory or the outcome of any engagement arranged through the platform. To the extent permitted by law, LPN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
